Applicable Law
The Site is created and controlled by O&M and/or SASI in the State of New Jersey, U.S.A. As such, the laws of the State of New Jersey will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Shipping

COSTS AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Originalmineral.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for UPS Ground. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground. Orders over $75 always ship for free.

Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Wednesday.

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground at $7.95.

UPS Delivery Map
UPS is O&M’s preferred carrier and we recommend that our customers choose UPS when shopping with us. UPS offers more detailed tracking information for your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The SASI/Original & Mineral team is always committed to your full and total satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion to us and we will be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount or exchange the item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value of your choosing.

Please email us at customerservice@originalmineral.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) carefully pack your item to avoid damage in transit and return it to:

Please include your original invoice along with noting: (1) the return authorization number (2) the reason for your return; and (3) your request for either a credit or an alternate item(s).

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately at customerservice@originalmineral.com for assistance. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Should damage have occurred during shipment, please contact us immediately and retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
