This Privacy Policy is governed by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). This Privacy Policy does not create any rights or obligations for either you or us in addition to those imposed by the Privacy Act.

Third Party Services

However, certain Third Party Suppliers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Complaints

Definitions
Unless the contrary intention appears:
- Australian Privacy Principles means the principles under Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act.
- Business means the business conducted by Sasi Group Pty Ltd trading as Original Mineral ABN 45 125 823 305.
- Company means Sasi Group Pty Ltd.
- Personal Information means personal information as defined under Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Post includes comments, images, photos, writings or any other material that you upload on our Website.
- Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Privacy Policy means this privacy policy, as amended from time to time.
