RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange an item you’ve purchased from us if the item is faulty or damaged and you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving the order and provided photos and details of your concerns. Please do not dispose of the original item until we have spoken.
If you change your mind about a product and the product is unopened, unused and packaging is in good condition we are happy to offer a store credit if you have contacted us within 30 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please purchase mindfully.
For all returns, we require a copy of your original order receipt as proof of purchase.
Gift Cards, Credit Notes and Shipping costs are all non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanging Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will need to arrange the store credit as above.
